BOOKING INFORMATION

Confirmation:

• You will receive a call and confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

Important Information:

• For airport pick up, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)
• For hotel pick up, the date selected at checkout should be your flight  (date e.g. if your flight departs at 1:00am on 2 May, please select 2 May, even if you require pick up on 1 May)

Additional Information:

• The package only includes a one way transfer. Please book the return journey separately
• For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you for up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time at the hotel lobby
• For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time
• If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

Domestic Flight Airport Pick Up

• For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time
• For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed outside of the arrival hall of Terminal 1. Our airport representative will be holding a signboard with your name
• The driver will wait for you up to 60 minutes from flight landing time. If you are late for more than 60 minutes, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
• If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued

International Flight Airport Pick Up

• For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed outside of the arrival hall of Terminal 2. An airport representative will be holding a signboard with your name
• The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
• If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued

Midnight Surcharge:

• A midnight surcharge of PHP250 (per vehicle) applies for departure/arrival transfers between 10:00pm-3:00am. If your transfers fall between these timings, please add on a midnight surcharge at check out
• Please note that flight arrivals that are delayed into midnight transfer timings will incur a midnight surcharge of PHP250 (to be paid in cash directly to driver)

Terms and Conditions

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity
